The 2019 Group Visit Veterans Top 10 on Toronto

Compiled by Host Karen Garscadden

The people, the places, and the experiences we shared with one another these past two weeks were an opportunity to give our vets a change of scenery and a way for us to express our thanks to them.

Getting to know not only the vets but one another, working together for an incredible experience has been rewarding, heart-warming and meaningful. To live and play with all of you for the past two weeks has truly enriched our lives.

It would be impossible to choose one or two highlights of the trip, but here are a few observations I have overheard, that were not on the agenda but definitely part of the experience!
